Following numerous complaints from local residents, who have contacted Councillor Kathy Hodson with regards to cyclists abusing the Wirral Way - cycling too fast and dangerously - and also cycling along the pavements in Davenport Road Heswall, Kathy has arranged with Council officers to place signs at strategic points in both locations. These will remind cyclists that pedestrians have the right of way on footpaths and that it is an offence to cycle on pavements.
