Clatterbridge Councillor Cherry Povall writes:
"We are funding (through our community allowance and a substantial donation from a local resident) a Christmas Tree, which is being planted at Spital Crossroads with the help of the Brighter Bebington Team. We are also funding Christmas Lights for the lamp posts.
Additionally, with the help of the donation, we are funding a floodlight for the Bebington War Memorial at St Andrews Church.
